Congo Production of 2018 copper rose 6.9% to 1.09 million tons

On February 7, the Ministry of Mines of the Republic of the Congo said on Wednesday that the country's copper output in 2017 increased 6.9% YoY to 1.90mt and that cobalt output soared 15.5% to 73,940t.

Its gold production in 2017 increased 2.7% to 23,270 kg.
