If it is improperly handled, it will easily cause pollution to the environment. However, electronic waste also has the opposite side that is not known to the general public: like waste refrigerators. The non-ferrous metals such as gold, silver and copper in washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, and computers account for more than 30% of the total, and are inexhaustible "urban mineral resources." Is there a law that can both develop “urban minerals” in e-waste for recycling and eliminate the toxicities of e-waste polluting the environment? The new technology of green recycling of electronic waste developed by Central South University has solved the problem of resource utilization of harmless treatment.
